Good morning, meal planners!
After last week’s craziness, I actually have a light activity week (Thank goodness!). Also, my mom was sweet and brought me a bunch of leftover banquet food, so I’ll be doing a lot of re-purposing leftovers instead of grocery shopping. Nice to be able to save a few pennies.
Annnnnd….I’m getting my super duper 7 in 1 slow/pressure/rice/yogurt cooker this week! I can’t wait to try out some new recipes!
Monday – (Practice) Pasta bake, italian sausage, salad & garlic bread
Tuesday- Beef stroganoff over mashed potatoes, green beans & rolls
Wednesday- Jambalaya & salad
Thursday- (Class) Chicken soup & grilled cheese
Friday- (Sleepover) Pizza
Saturday- (Snowflake) Out
Sunday- Pressure cooker Pulled pork carnitas, cheese enchiladas, crockpot refried beans & rice.
